* Lead development initiatives in the finance and insurance sector.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Play a key role in pre-sales activities, including workshops and pitches.
* Actively contribute to project success during the delivery phase.
* Translate customer requirements into innovative mobile solutions.
* Work closely with clients to optimize mobile solutions.
Hard Skills
* Minimum three years of consulting and software development experience.
* Proficiency in presenting and selling mobile solutions.
* Strong knowledge of digital finance and insurance trends.
* Experience with insurance or finance mobile app development.
* Familiarity with .NET MAUI, Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS Development.
Soft Skills
* Customer-focused with a commitment to excellent customer experiences.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Adaptability to evolving market trends and technologies.
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
Mobility
* Hybrid work model: 2-3 days remote per week.
* Occasional travel within Germany (1 day per month).
