WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT The global real estate department at BASF plays a key role in managing an extensive corporate real estate portfolio, CREM. This data is foundational, feeding into BASF's SAP RE-FX system and supporting a wide array of essential business operations. In our major initiative to upgrade to a new SAP environment, your mission is to lead the seamless transition of real estate data across various systems, ensuring alignment and integration across BASF’s global footprint. In this role you coordinate the entire lifecycle of our data migration - from design and testing to training and go-live cut-over. You act as a bridge between our real estate team, the rollout project team, and cross-functional partners, ensuring the migration process is thorough and effective. Stakeholder Collaboration: You serve as the primary point of contact between the real estate department and the project team, actively participating in stakeholder meetings to represent the interests of Global Real Estate. Challenge Resolution: You identify potential challenges arising from the transition program and assess their impact on our real estate operations, enabling proactive problem-solving and mitigation. Progress Tracking: You prepare and present regular updates to both the program team and Global Real Estate leadership, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and needs. Risk Management: You monitor project developments closely to detect risks early and address issues efficiently, maintaining momentum toward successful implementation. Actionable Insights: You translate project requirements into specific, actionable tasks, involving the right colleagues from real estate or other BASF departments to achieve fast and effective results. This role offers the opportunity to own a critical migration effort that will drive BASF’s real estate operations into the future, ensuring that our data and systems are optimized for tomorrow’s business needs. WHAT YOU OFFER university degree in Business Administration or a comparable engineering field exceptional planning and coordination skills strong communication and presentation skills in English ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects as well as challenge requirements and drive simplification proficiency in MS Office and SAP (knowledge of SAP RE-FX is ideal) ideally SQL knowledge and experience with PowerBI WHAT WE OFFER Gross annual salary (full-time): 46.000 - 50.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
