AGS is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including ISV's. We work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to establish AWS as the market leader for AIML and Gen AI Services that addresses our customers' needs.
As a specialist sales representative for this fast growing and exciting space, you will have the opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of emerging technologies that will have a significant impact on our customer’s technical strategy. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for the Amazon AIML and Gen AI Services.

Drive customer opportunities by defining and implementing tech domain specific sales strategies within your assigned accounts and technology domain.
Ideate with Line of Business and C-suite leaders, building trust with your deep business expertise, and following through to help solve their most compelling business problems.
Act as the front line within your accounts for all specialist customer engagement in your tech domain.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions that address specific needs of your customers.
Partner with the world’s biggest system integrators to deliver on customer projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
7 years+ Sales and business development experience in AI/ML/Gen AI or in the area of Data business (Database/Analytics/Business Intelligence)
Track record of building rapport with C-level Lob and Technology stakeholders, and working with partners
Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
You've not only carried quotas, you also do the right thing for your customer
Strong verbal and written communications skills in fluent German and English is a must
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills with experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment, including developing, implementing, managing, and executing go-to-market growth initiatives and sales motions.
Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.
Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
