* Business Acquisition: Lead the negotiation process with customers, building compelling offers to secure business acquisitions.
* Commercial Objectives: Achieve set commercial objectives from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to EOP (End of Production), including growth, turnover, market share, order intake, price management, and project and plant profitability.
* Budget Preparation: Prepare the annual budget, manage and report on the selling price index, and maintain the order intake target list.
* Market Share Development: Propose and implement regional sales strategies to expand our market share with your customers.
You inspire us with that:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in key account management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
* Strong understanding of sales strategy development and execution.
* Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to achieve commercial objectives and drive profitability.
* Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English, German and/or French
