About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Head of Demand Generation to lead our inbound and outbound pipeline generation efforts. Being part of our leadership team, you’ll directly report to the CRO and play a key role in driving growth for our B2B SaaS product. While managing a highly ambitious team of 9 direct reports you build and execute growth strategies that attract, nurture, and feed leads into the top of the sales funnel.
This is a full-time position with a start date in March - the work location is Berlin.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead Inbound: Lead organic demand through content, SEO, social, and email marketing campaigns.
* Drive Outbound: Drive scalable outbound reach-out campaigns to prospective customers through phone, social and email.
* Enable Sales Execution: Collaborate with AEs to convert generated pipeline into healthy deals fast.
* Own Analytics: Build, track, and report demand generation KPIs and funnel analytics.
* Develop Team: Manage a diverse team of marketers and sales reps and foster a winning team culture where everyone thrives.
Minimum qualifications:
* 5+ years of work experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company,
* 2+ years of experience in leadership roles,
* Proven track record of high impact on a company’s success through repeatable demand-generation strategies,
* Experience with demand-gen tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Clay, 6Sense, and others;
* Bulletproof experience with email automation, drip campaigns, retargeting, a/b testing, landing pages, and content strategies,
* Deep understanding of analytics, performance measurement, and CPL monitoring.
Bonus qualifications:
* Experience with both US and EU GTM motions,
* Outbound demand generation experience.
