As a Pharma Consultant / Project Manager at Körber Pharma Consulting, you play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing processes to our clients by integrating customized software solutions and ensuring timely delivery of machines and projects. Your responsibilities encompass both IT and mechanical engineering projects.
You plan and manage projects, set milestones and monitor progress. In doing so, you are responsible for requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing, as well as commissioning. By applying proven project management methods, you optimize project workflows, identify risks and take measures to mitigate them.
You communicate closely with stakeholders, ensure that project goals align with company objectives and maintain transparent project management through regular reporting and documentation.
Your role in our team
1. You will support our customers in the implementation and optimization of their IT solutions
2. Throughout the complete life cycle, from process analysis and fit-gap analysis to user requirements and specifications, implementation concepts and their realization, as well as the subsequent operational business, you accompany topics
3. Our customers are advised by you on the correct implementation in accordance with CSV and GAMP 5
4. You also enjoy being active in business development and developing new topics independently
5. Dealing with innovative solutions, Pharma 4.0 and IoT are not just buzzwords for you - you genuinely enjoy them
Your profile
6. You have successfully completed a degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering) or a vocational training (e.g., Technical Draftsman, Product Designer, Mechatronics Technician) with an additional qualification as a Technician/Master in the field of Mechanical and Plant Engineering
7. You have professional experience (+3 years) in mechanical engineering and project management (machine acceptance and commissioning, customer contact, documentation)
8. Ability to solve problems and very good communication skills
9. You are willing to travel
10. German and English language skills are required
11. Pharma know-how (GMP and validation) or work experience is a plus
