Provide legal support on policies, terms, and conditions of airline operations. Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless resolutions to customer queries. Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system. What We Offer Competitive Salary and Bonuses Base Monthly Salary: 1,100 EUR gross (paid over 14 months). Performance Bonus: 75 EUR per 12 months. Complexity Bonus: 150 EUR per 12 months. Additional Allowances Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day (net). Transport Allowance: 20 per month.
