What you’ll do & Who you are At mobile.de, we're looking for a Sales Business Analyst (d/f/m) to help shape the future of the automotive industry. If you're passionate about data, trends, and strategic insights, and have a background in the automotive sector, we want to hear from you You’ll drive key business decisions by providing both quantitative and qualitative analysis. You’ll stay ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving industry and collaborate across multiple teams to influence strategic outcomes. You will report to the Head of Sales Excellence & Sales Business Development, mobile.de. This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg. What You'll Do : Data analysis & Reporting: Analyse and interpret sales data to identify trends and optimisation potential, create and maintain dashboards and reports on sales performance and KPI monitoring, evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and processes. Identify Trends & Drive Strategy: We rely on you to deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis, identifying important automotive trends to guide our decisions. Deliver Actionable Insights: You’ll create tailored reports, sales pitches, and industry updates that shape the strategies of our automotive clients. Analyse customer segments and product performance to deliver data-driven recommendations. Competitive Intelligence: We’ll look to you to summarize competitor data into clear, executive-level insights that support decision-making across teams. Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll work with Product Management, Sales, and Business Planning, helping us align on competitive strategies and opportunities. Communicate Key Insights: We’ll depend on you to ensure market intelligence is shared across the organization and inform critical business decisions. Who You Are : You have a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, computer science, statistics or a related field. You bring 3 years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus on market analysis and data. You’re (business) fluent in German and English. You’re experienced in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Salesforce and familiar with SQL. You’re passionate about identifying market trends and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive results.
