YOUR ROLE
You will be part of our dedicated in-house media team that will deliver best-in-class media plans, engage and delight consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business results together with our brand managers.
* End to end execute digital campaigns in social, search, and/or eCommerce environments, with specific responsibilities including campaign design, set-up / implementation, pacing & optimization, and evaluation.
* Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance via analyzing, tracking and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis.
* Have full responsibility for campaign reporting, present recap and insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
* Stay ahead of Platform updates, bugs, trainings; raise issues or areas of opportunity for improvement within ecosystem capabilities.
* Work closely together in a diverse team, especially with our Marketing Technologists to enable and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand our data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.
* Be the mastermind of special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.
