Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: Supervisor General Accounting Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, your role is: Team management: Organization and management of the general accounting team (2 FTE); Develop the skills of employees through support and the definition of training plans when necessary; Optimize the organization of the service in order to guarantee the quality of accounting information, compliance with closing deadlines and continuity of service. Operations: Be the guarantor of the reliability of accounting information, in particular through a robust closing process (review of all accounts and request for supporting documents, transfer of provisions, updating of the various closing tables, etc.); Ensure management of payroll accounts, including regular communication with HR and formalization of HR flows Finance ; Ensure monitoring of all intra group (re)invoicing; Produce the various monthly reports required by management and assist in the preparation of comments on monthly accounting related situations. Tax management: Preparation and transmission of monthly and annual declarations for all companies (VAT, Intrastat, Statec, etc.); Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns (IRC, ICC, IF); Assist in the preparation of FAIA files, in conjunction with the external consultant; Ensure coordination with the various tax advisors, including foreign offices.
