Job Description
Primary Purpose
To grow market share, through business development across prospective national and pan European accounts.
To manage and develop existing accounts.
To identify, prospect, pursue and close competitive strategic sales opportunities, to actively manage the roll out and further penetration of these accounts.
To develop and implement a process to participate and answer efficiently to national tenders
Key Accountabilities
1. Annual Target Revenue, profit and unit.
2. Pipeline Growth/Prospective sales opportunities.
3. Existing accounts/Manage secure & penetrate.
4. Meet and fulfill customer expectations and applications.
5. Manage, coordinate & follow tender process .
6. Identify, develop and bring new accounts into contract.
7. Build internal and external relations through sales support, GE Finance, dealers, aftermarket to influence support and maximize sales.
Knowledge & Skills Required
8. Business Management - BS/BA Degree or equivalent.
9. Knowledge of complex solution selling, a structured sales approach. Formal Training courses, work experience, management coaching.
10. Product, application and industry knowledge.
11. Professional sales experience involving major accounts or corporations with proven results. Significant work experience proven senior sales, within a manufacturing/international environment.
12. Creative and persistent business development skills.
13. Prospecting and negotiation with multiple points of influence. (personal selling).
14. Presentation & communication skills both verbal and written.
15. Experience with responding to tender requests, national and pan European.
