Our Cyber Defence Center monitors and protects the SICK system and application landscape worldwide. As part of our international team, you will have the opportunity to sensitise employees around the world to current cyber security issues and raise their awareness.
YOUR TASKS:
* Promote company-wide awareness of relevant cybersecurity topics
* Design and implement global awareness campaigns covering all aspects of cybersecurity
* Develop training materials and learning modules, expanding the cybersecurity training portfolio
* Conduct trainings in various formats, such as in-person sessions, e-learning, blended learning, or hands-on workshops
* Write informative blog posts to keep internal stakeholders updated on current threats
* Work closely with our cybersecurity teams to stay informed about changes and trends in the threat landscape relevant to SICK
YOUR PROFILE:
* Completed degree in business informatics, IT security, personnel development, pedagogy, or a completed apprenticeship in the IT or education sector
* Ideally, first professional experience in a similar position, but motivated newcomers are welcome
* Experience in training design and familiarity with learning platforms is a plus
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity topics is desirable
* Ability to communicate technical topics in a simple and understandable way to non-technical audiences
* Excellent English skills
* Strong team and communication skills, along with high customer and service orientation
