Responsibilities:
* Strategic further development of operational quality management
* Contributing to the long-term development of quality-related processes
* Technology planning for the area of measuring equipment and procedures
* Team management: personnel management and development as well as coordination and prioritization of activities
* Initiating and leading interdisciplinary quality rounds
* Collaboration with internal stakeholders (QMB, CLF Quality, Operations, Engineering)
* Independent planning and implementation of internal optimization projects for quality procedures and quality-related processes
* Coordination of internal and external training courses
Qualifications:
* Completed studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology or similar
* Knowledge and experience in quality assurance methods, quality planning and statistics
* Experience in the manufacturing industry, especially machining
* Very good knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis and change management
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Experience in project and change management and in the introduction of new quality standards
* Sound knowledge of quality-relevant standards and regulations
* Independent, structured way of working and assertiveness
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
