What you´ll do Define and execute global / regional / local maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint MRO innovation roadmap Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors Executes and develops strategies for product / technology positioning and defines training and promotional needs with Marketing Identifying market dynamics, developments/product/service expectations and translates them into business growth opportunities around MRO Aerospace Builds relevant customer / market relationships and attends and supports relevant events, exhibitions, trade fairs and interactions with the governments in the region Steers and support internal resources to execute account strategy Be responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc. What makes you a good fit University degree with technical focus Minimum 5 years of experience in general industry preferable Aerospace and MRO Strong strategic planning and business acumen with proven experience in building relationships and excellent communication skills Ability to travel will be required at a minimum of 50%. - potential for international travel in the future Fluent English skills, French and Spanish skills are beneficial Some perks of joining Henkel At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
