Location: Alfred-Keller-Straße 55, 53721 Siegburg
Your Tasks:
* We developed a tool (MyInkroom) to connect our customers to the Siegwerk inventory management tool and automate processes. As customer support manager you support our MyInkroom team in actively promoting and helping to shape the digital transformation of the packaging industry.
* You improve the customer service experience and engagement through strong communicational skills and technical expertise.
* You coordinate the needed data collection for the installations and support relevant key-users during the onboarding process and trainings.
* You develop service procedures/policies/standards, keep accurate records and document costumer service actions and discussions.
* You take ownership of customers issued and follow problems through to resolution.
Your Profile:
* You completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, international management, (business) computer science, software engineering or did an apprenticeship in a related field.
* You have already gained experiences in customer service (ideally in the field of digital services) and strong communicational skills.
* You are interested in the latest technologies in the digital marketplace to maximize the value of our tool and improve the customer experience.
* You approach new tasks in a dedicated and self-organized way, enjoy working in a team and have a hands-on mentality.
* You communicate fluently in German and English.
