CPS Mexico currently operates with multiple external warehouses. There is an opportunity to transform this operation through network optimization that delivers the current and the long term business plan. The Program Manager will lead conceptualization, design, construction, startup and early operation of a state of the art warehousing facility for and any associated manufacturing changes to streamline the total operation. The Program Manager will lead the cross functional team to deliver all KPIs including program schedule, capex/opex budget, Service, QSE, Productivity and OEE, while influencing internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do for Us Design and deliver Program goals and objectives of the greenfield warehouse program across supply chain, manufacturing, QSE and engineering. Manage a cross functional Program team and manage the program opex and capex, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, with right quality and within budget. The Program Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the Program meets all safety and quality standards as well as complies with company, industry, and local requirements and regulations. This role will also be responsible for monitoring progress, resolving issues, and communicating with stakeholders. As Industry 5.0 principles of Sustainability, Automation & digitization led productivity and customer centricity will be a foundation for this state of the art design, this role should have good knowledge of these concepts and experience in implementing them. The ability to leverage leading-edge technology to drive the Program's success is crucial. Lead a team of engineering and operations and collaborate with Supply Chain, IT and other scaled organization to direct the design, construction and startup of facility including necessary permits. Successfully transition the site from startup to ongoing operation. Negotiate for resources to ensure deliver of Program scope of work including staffing and budgetary considerations. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and influence senior leaders and stakeholders with diverse backgrounds, including multinational teams, while also managing relationships with vendors from various geographies. Qualifications & Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Masters is preferred. Should have 10-15 years of work experience in a similar role with experience in design and startup of greenfield / large brownfield execution, with at least 5 years in a director or above role, ideally in consumer goods or food and beverage industry Should possess broad knowledge of multiple areas including engineering, manufacturing, quality, safety, sustainability and supply chain with in-depth mastery of few of them. Should have experience using this mastery to deliver large transformation programs. Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions made by leadership within own job function and others outside of own job function. Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership on matters of significant (vs. strategic) importance to the organization. Requires ability to stakeholders outside the organization with a common desire to reach a solution Demonstrated ability to build high performing culture in a diverse cross functional technical and operational team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with cross functional teams and maintaining attention to required details for setting up best in class technologies. Business level Spanish language ability is highly desirable.
