The Treasury & Cash Management department at FG is responsible for managing liquidity and financing for MAN. Jointly with Traton Treasury, we provide the necessary financial resources for MAN, manage liquidity, material price and currency risks and actively control the cash flow.
We are responsible for managing the commitment of funds in the MAN Truck & Bus Group across all divisions. Funds commitment risks with a direct impact on cash flow and net liquidity are identified, evaluated and reported, and measures are initiated and implemented.
Your tasks
* Responsibility for the entire currency management of the MTB Group
* Ongoing development of the MTB Group's currency strategy
* Determination of currency positions and hedging of currency risks in accordance with guidelines/strategy
* Specification of exchange rates for sales and procurement
* Collaboration in contract design, e.g. specification of exchange rate clauses, definition of currency strategy for major projects
* Further development and implementation of the raw material hedging strategy and hedging of raw material requirements in accordance with the guideline/strategy
* Reporting to Accounting and TRATON (currencies, raw materials, interest rates, hedging effects)
* Coordination of internal and external financing and bank account management
* Supporting and advising the MTB companies on financing-related issues
* Main contact person for Sales, Purchasing and all MTB companies in all matters relating to currencies, financing and bank accounts
* Co-operation with Traton Treasury for the implementation of treasury guidelines
Your qualifications
* Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
* 5 -10 years of professional experience in finance, controlling or accounting
* Knowledge and experience in finance, especially in the areas of currencies, commodities and financing desirable.
* Sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with IFRS and HGB desirable
* Knowledge of commercial and contract law desirable
* Very good MS Office knowledge and good SAP FI/CO knowledge desirable
* Strong coordination skills and experience in working with different companies and departments
* Strong understanding of numbers and very good analytical thinking skills
* Very good project management skills and independent working style, assertiveness, ability to work in a team and initiative
* Very good knowledge of German and English
