Your missions:
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for our future HR Project Manager (F/M) for our site in Umkirch. Within the Central European Cluster Organisation (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland) you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1) Job Management
* Writing job definitions and updating the database
* Involvement in internal and external recruitment: following up Resource Requests (RR), writing advertisements, relations with service providers (interim, law firm), selection of candidates, organisation and participation in interviews
* Drafting job offers, employment contracts, additional agreements, letters of recommendation...
* Management of new hires (tracking of on-boarding)
* Management of departures: resignations, dismissals...+ follow-up of the off-boarding process (trigram request, deletion, Switzerland, Axa insurance contract, via platform)
* Discussions on sanctions and dismissals
* Supervision of negotiations at the labour court
* Supervision of apprenticeship contracts and relations with schools
2) Training
* Co-operate with HQ to identify needs and prioritise training
* Initiate and monitor training activities (on site/in The Academy - our online learning platform)
* Start mandatory (legal) training programmes.
3) Payroll
* Tracking of requests for salary changes
* Management of payroll variables (absences, overtime, commissions for sales staff, wage garnishments...), verification and forwarding to the external payroll service provider
* Management of absences (tracking of holidays, notification of absences due to illness...) and communication with employees
* Control of payroll data files and validation of pay slips
4) Operational human resources
* Management of accidents at work
* Management of employee benefits contracts: Health insurance, provident fund, pension...
* Communication (cluster rules, COVID rules, operating regulations, closing days...)
* Management of personnel correspondence and relations with external organisations (social security, tax office, employment agency, family fund...) in all countries
* Supervision of car policy and fleet management
* Support of the annual review campaigns (reminders, follow-up and monitoring)
* Guarantor of internal rules
Your profil:
* A successful and versatile experience in Human Resources
* Proficiency in English and German
* Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
* Attention to detail and good judgement
