The following challenges await you:
1. Operate long-turning machines to produce medical micro-precision parts from various precious metal alloys.
2. Inspect the manufactured components using a microscope (visual inspection), optical measuring devices (measurement), or mandrel tests for micro dimensions (up to 0.1 mm).
3. Change tools and align them precisely in the µm range.
4. You read the necessary CNC programs and make minor adjustments as instructed.
5. As part of the team, you regularly and actively participate in team dialogues and contribute to projects for continuous improvement.
Your profile:
6. Successfully completed apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator or comparable education.
7. Knowledge in the operation and programming adjustment of CNC machines
8. Strong fine motor skills
9. Teamwork skills and a careful way of working
10. Willingness to work in a 3-shift model
