Responsibilities: Business Development: Create and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Identify and engage potential customers in the residential, commercial, and public sectors to drive the new business in EV chargers and Net Zero solutions. Lead presentations, offer our design and manufacturing service, and close deals with key accounts. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies, government agencies, property developers and industry partners. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to enhance market reach and product offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that effectively communicate value propositions. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the EV charger and Net Zero solutions market. Analyse customer needs and preferences to inform product development and positioning strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, engineering, and operations teams to align business objectives with product capabilities and customer expectations. Provide feedback to product teams on market needs and desired features for future innovations. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor industry trends and report on sales performance, market penetration, and emerging opportunities. Utilize CRM tools for tracking leads, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; A Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the clean energy sector, with a focus on EV charging, automotive or residential solutions. Relevant contract manufacturing background would be preferrable. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in EU market. Strong understanding of the European energy market, policies, and regulations related to EV charging and sustainability. Willingness to travel frequently. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
