Job Description
* Provide remote and on-site technical support for all product photography-related issues, including both hardware and software, across our European locations
* Ensure and continuously improve photo quality standards in close collaboration with our team, while overseeing their implementation across all markets
* Monitor project performance using defined KPIs, creating reports, guidelines, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making
* Manage and execute maintenance tasks, ensuring completion in line with quality standards
* Work closely with the teams to enhance our vehicle photo booths and automation-optimized photography software
Qualifications
* Hands-on experience in photography, with a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail
* Solid technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new concepts
* Strong organizational skills, an independent and structured approach to work, and a high level of motivation to drive improvements in our photo and imperfection standards
* Strong problem solving skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel
* Proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office, experience with Apple/Mac systems would be highly beneficial
* Fluency in written and spoken English and French, additional languages such as Spanish or German would be a plus
