Those products help clients to make payments to their employees, suppliers, and achieve their cash management goals. As a Lead Business Functional Analyst, you will work in the team located in Berlin and will deliver next-generation Interest Services for Corporate Bank. You will be responsible for requirements gathering and business analysis for new services, products, and capabilities. Focus will be on definition of business and functional requirements for new liquidity products and capabilities, support of business process modernization around available liquidity products and capabilities, and rollout of liquidity products to new and existing Corporate Bank branches. -> You love this job but feel you cannot tick 100% of the boxes? Send us your CV anyway Your key responsibilities Drive business and functional analysis. Collaborate with business users, product managers, and other IT teams to understand and document business requirements and user stories. Collaborate with the engineering team to convert business requirements to high quality functional requirements. Collaborate with QAs to ensure that engineering team is delivering according to the requirements scope. Play a coordination role between business users/product managers and the engineering team in end-to-end design and delivery of functional capabilities. Design optimal functional architecture and business processes. Collaborate with the engineering team and architects on high-level solution architecture design and low-level user-stories. Drive user acceptance testing and product demos with business users and product managers. Consolidate and provide feedback to the engineering team. Your skills and experiences Solid hands-on experience in technology and business/functional analysis: owning requirements end-to-end, starting from a vision and up to production delivery. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues independently, grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions, and oversee their delivery. Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate and collaborate with business and technology colleagues. Fluent written and spoken English. Solid subject-matter expertise in Liquidity Management, Core Banking, Payments is a big plus. Hands-on knowledge of SQL, coding experience in any language and/or experience in software testing is a plus. Experience of working in agile project environment and agile mindset is a plus.
