Role Responsibilities: What you will do As a working student in project engineering, you will support the team on the technical project management around the integration of third-party robots to our automation platform AnyFleet. You will be involved in the definition and documentation of processes and workflows to automate the integration efforts. You will be part of the preparation and execution of workshops with partners and/or customers to do conduct technical gap analysis and define requirements. You will leverage the knowledge you gained during the robotic-partner integration projects to assist on the progressing of the VDA 5050 interface. You will draft pull request and participate in discussions around the future of the VDA 5050 standard on GitHub. You will conduct research on the state-of-the-art of robotic solutions as well as standardized interfaces in the mobile robotics context and deduce appropriate recommendations. Role Requirements: What you need to succeed You are at an advanced stage of your studies in robotics, mechanical or electronical engineering, industrial engineering or related fields. Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working. Very good MS PowerPoint skills, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility. Strong communication skills as well as good written and spoken German (minimum B1) and very good English skills (minimum C1). Initial experience as an intern or working student in the robotics or automation field is a plus. You will be available for up to 20 hours per week, with a minimum of 15 hours per week, to assist with the above topics. The working student position is based in Munich with the possibility of working remotely as agreed with your supervisor.
