The Opportunity
This position works out of our Wiesbaden-Delkenheim location at Abbott GmbH. The duration of the internship is 1 year.
Key Tasks
1. Understand Content Management System and route marketing tools for approval.
2. Create routing files for various initiatives.
3. Support with the creation of the AdPromo monthly update.
4. Coordinate translations with our internal translation team and regional marketing managers.
5. Design new Adverts or pull-up banners for Congresses, Newsletters or Exhibitions via InDesign
6. Assist in planning, writing and managing internal and external newsletters.
7. Assist in integrating new customers into our Salesforce Marketing Cloud database.
8. Support in the various digital marketing campaigns and activations.
9. Supporting the local teams with their digital requests and initiatives
10. Support in creating Install Base reports of our Instruments in EMEA
11. Support in creating Laboratory Benchmarking reports out of Power BI database.
Education and Qualifications :
12. Completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., Marketing/Communications, or Public Relations)
13. Previous internship or related experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
14. Must be computer literate (working knowledge of word, PowerPoint, Excel).
15. Good understanding of digital channels (web, social, advertising)
16. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop highly desired.
17. Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
18. An effective communicator, both written and oral in English
19. Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
20. Resourceful, Self-motivated, eager learner, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
