We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong background in technology implementations, particularly in the asset servicing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex financial technology solutions and will be comfortable engaging with English-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage technology implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize operational workflows.
* Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency.
* Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
* Work closely with external partners and vendors to coordinate implementations and integrations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Project Manager (PM) in technology-driven financial services projects.
* Strong expertise in technology implementations, ideally within the asset servicing sector (experience with platforms like Investra, MFGI, etc., is a plus).
* Familiarity with Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) systems is a strong advantage.
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) to interact with an international client base.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience working in agile environments and proficiency with project management tools.
