Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner you are the first point of contact for our employees in Bad Oeynhausen. You are responsible for all HR-related matters for both employees and managers. Work Environment: This is an on-site role. Key Responsibilities: Consulting and supporting the assigned area throughout the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, employee development) Implementing various HR processes with interfaces in the finance department and HR management Participating in HR projects (e.g., health management) Representing the employer's interests towards the local works council Carrying out general administrative tasks related to employee management Preparing payroll-related documents Recording, executing, and monitoring time management Supporting HR management, e.g., in reporting Participating and assisting in regular HR activities (e.g., performance evaluations, employer branding) Acting as the primary point of contact for temporary employment agencies, as well as recruiting and coordinating the deployment of temporary staff. Critical Competencies for Success: Completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification or a university degree with a focus on HR or a comparable field Professional experience in a similar position Knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law Experience working with works councils is desirable Knowledge of the collective agreement in the metal industry is an advantage Strong communication, advisory, and social skills Good knowledge of MS Office Good English skills, both spoken and written Independent and structured way of working Commitment and flexibility Communication and teamwork skills Analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
