As a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will support our customers and our field engineers across Germany, providing them with excellent customer service over the phone. Your main tasks will include: Answering inbound and outbound calls to customers and technicians regarding appointments/problem resolution Processing and recording complaints Answering and managing the ‘Live Chat’ Responding to customer reviews Ensuring that customer SLAs are met Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's privacy/information security policies and procedures What do you need?
