Your Role
1. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, retail panel and household panel data (including Nielsen and GfK) and shopper behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the category.
2. Reporting: Maintain, optimize, and develop reports to track category performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
4. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external service providers.
5. Category Management Consulting: Provide recommendations for action on our paper hygiene categories to our external retail partners and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master student (m/f/d) in economics or business informatics at a German University or University of Applied Sciences.
2. Interest in retail, consumer goods, and e-commerce.
3. Excellent analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret data and derive recommendations for action.
4. Excellent MS Excel (pivot) and MS PowerPoint skills; knowledge of MS Power BI would be an advantage.
5. Fluent German and English skills.
