Chief Financial Officer (all genders welcome)
Your responsibilities:
* As CFO of the Business Unit Solutions, you will be a key strategic partner to the global leadership team while directly managing three Chief Financial Officers.
* You will oversee global finance, controls, and accounting functions, working closely with regional finance teams to drive financial excellence.
* Developing and implementing financial and operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Overseeing global finance functions, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, GAAP standards, and financial controls.
* Driving digital transformation in financial management, including forecasting, cost accounting, budgeting, and reporting, including the implementation of modern productivity applications and local ERP systems.
* Collaborating with operational teams to optimize profit margins and cashflows.
* Supporting the Business Unit CEO with data-driven insights and strategic analysis.
* Leading talent strategy to support business objectives while fostering the growth of direct reports and high-potential employees.
Your profile:
* Proven experience leading a global finance team within an industrial manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain services organization, ideally in an international setting.
* Strong expertise in business process improvement, M&A, post-merger integrations, FP&A with a strong focus on financial controls.
* Collaborative and motivational leadership style, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills as well as strong cultural competencies.
* Ability to navigate a matrixed environment while maintaining a hands-on, proactive approach.
* Willingness to travel internationally and fluent in written and spoken English and German (additional language skills are a plus).
