Together with our great PR &Communications team, you'll bring our social media for multiplebrands to the next level. New challenges, campaigns or content? Weare open to ideas and are happy to turn them into reality.This is apermanent, full-time role which is offered on a hybrid basis out ofany of our European offices.What you will do:Develop and implementglobal Social Media strategies for the brands of Kao Salon Divisionin strong collaboration with global Communications, global BrandDevelopment and regional Stakeholders.Development of internationalSocial Media concepts for all major brand and productinitiatives.Conception of social media content plans for global andlocal social media channels and creation of a monthly/annual socialmedia calendar Take over the expansion of the relevant, globalsocial media channels and development of clear KPIsSupport regionsin the execution. Monitor international rollouts based onestablished communication guidelines in key markets. Monitoring theeffectiveness of international brand and product related SocialMedia campaigns.Handling & Management of externalagencies.Support the Head of Global Communication in thedevelopment of PR concepts and Press Kits in collaboration with anexternal PR AgencyWhat you will need:Degree in Online Marketing/Communication or business management with a focus on Online andSocial Media or an equivalent qualification with respective workexperience.Professional experience as a Social Media Manager in thebeauty or lifestyle industry or at an agency with relevantexperience in the beauty/ lifestyle business and in aninternational environment (3-6 years)Excellent knowledge andexperience of various communication channels: Social Media, Online,Blogs & PR (3-6 years)Ability to work conceptually andstrategically with extensive social media and social contentmanagement experience Excellent knowledge of all Social Mediaplatforms: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikToketcExperience with content creation for social media that istarget-group-orientated, search engine optimized and maximizeswebsite trafficWell versed in social media management tools Greataffinity for the digital world. Always up to date: regular exposureto rapidly changing social media trends as well as trends andchanges of individual platforms.
