We’re looking for a Junior Finance Manager (Accountant) (f/m/d) to ensure seamless financial operations. You'll work alongside top professionals from fintechs, banks, and consultancies in a team that thrives on automation and process improvement —so we focus on what truly matters Your responsibilities Day-to-day accounting - be responsible for all relevant bookings including bank accounts, payroll and provisions for German and foreign companies as well as intercompany loans. Product feedback - give feedback to our own finance platform while using it Asset accounting – ensure proper management of all assets including checks, bookings and inventory. Accounts Payable – Manage process flows, reconciliations, and bookings to streamline the accounts payable function. Process Optimization & Audit Support – Drive process improvements and automation while supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. About you Initial experience in a finance department through an internship, working student role, or similar position. Educational background in finance is a plus—such as a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Genuine interest and enthusiasm for working in the finance sector. Expertise combined with a hands-on, proactive approach. Regulatory & Compliance Expert – You ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices, including transfer pricing documentation, tax policies, and audit requirements, mitigating risks and upholding the Group’s financial integrity. Reliable & Impact-Driven Collaborator – You go beyond gathering information—you ask the right questions, challenge the status quo, and push for improvements. You excel in cross-functional teamwork, using clear communication and coordination to manage intercompany bookings, oversee accounts payable, and support audits seamlessly.
