As a Marketing Effectiveness Specialist, you will be responsible for helping advertisers scale their use of Google measurement solutions at the intersection of marketing mix models (MMM), incrementality and attribution, and actioning on the insights produced. You have excellent knowledge of incrementality tests, conversion lift studies and similar experiments, combining domain knowledge with understanding of Google products. You can employ this to help measure and understand the value of marketing investments overall, and with Google specifically. You will utilize your understanding of industry practices, digital media trends, problem solving abilities and your persuasive influencing skills to influence advertisers to take the necessary actions to properly determine brand, media customer value, and channel impact. Ensure up-to-date interactions between attribution, media-mix-models and incrementality studies for Google's customers. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of measurement solutions and convince advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights, and recommended actions, especially on budget decisions. Uncover measurement-related challenges, and develop bespoke solutions across stakeholders to drive business growth. Support relationships with third-party measurement vendors and agencies in coordination with our Sales teams and advertisers.
