As a Staff Visual Designer, you will join a lean but passionate Design Education and Enablement team this is responsible for creating a variety of content that showcases the work of the Experience Design teams and highlights the value creation—for Blue Yonder, its customers and end users—that UX enhancements and innovations deliver. With direction from senior design leaders, you will conceptualize, conceive, adapt and execute designs in different forms, for website design, company presentations, educational collateral, and much more. You will collaborate with writers to produce compelling and highly usable content. You will play an integral role in the creative development of visual touch points. In this role, you will be able to combine a passion for beautiful design with an obsession attention to detail. What You Will Do Develop compelling visions, stories, concepts, visual designs, and prototypes Use the components and elements of the product design system to execute a variety of materials, including but not limited to: website designs, PowerPoint (and other) presentations, educational one-pagers, organization swag, newsletters and announcements, data viz and infographics, video content, exhibition booths, Present visual design work to developers, external stakeholders, and design team Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to senior level clients Explore creative tech trends to accelerate and scale delivery Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in design In-depth knowledge and expertise with graphic design, layout, and typography Excellent professional communication, collaboration, time-management, and organizational skills Photography, iconography, and illustration experience Meticulous sense of detail and ability to seek out simple solutions to complex design challenges Experience working in fast-paced environments and remote teams The ability to take direction and shift gears quickly Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Presentation, interpersonal, and communication experience, both verbal and written Comfortable/willing to be uncomfortable in unknown territory, be willing to try new things, ideate and problem-solve together BA/BFA in design or a design-related discipline (visual design, graphic design) Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
