Job Description Following our successful expansion in Europe in 2024, we are seeking a HR & Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growing Munich office. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with opportunity for extension, and this hybrid role is critical in driving local recruitment efforts while managing day-to-day HR functions to support our team and leadership in Germany. As the sole Talent Acquisition representative in Munich, you will be part of a collaborative global HR team, working closely with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition colleagues across regions. You will lead talent sourcing, selection, and assessment processes, ensuring we attract top talent while enhancing our employer brand. Additionally, you will serve as the primary People team contact, facilitating collaboration across HR functions and providing hands-on support for employees and managers. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-starter mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to position yourself as a subject matter expert while remaining open to feedback. You should be comfortable working independently while staying connected with the wider global team. The core responsibilities of this role include: Talent Acquisition: Lead graduate associate hiring for our Private Equity and Consulting teams in Munich. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early careers. Source and shortlist candidates through various channels, developing tailored sourcing strategies. Maintain a deep understanding of Third Bridge’s business model to effectively identify and attract top talent. Conduct virtual and in-person interviews. Partner with Hiring Managers, providing strategic recruitment support and high-quality service. Support global talent acquisition initiatives and employer branding efforts. Represent Third Bridge at local German campus engagement events to attract talent. Human Resources: Support employees with day-to-day queries on pay, benefits, immigration, and performance. Guide and coach managers on people-related topics, focusing on performance management and German employment law. Act as a true partner to local leadership in Munich to support them to deliver on their business priorities and goals across both Private Equity and Consulting. Manage HR system (Sage) administration and oversee new joiner paperwork, HRIS setup, and inductions. Partner with HRBPs on projects related to retention, engagement, and culture. Analyze HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover) and provide data-driven recommendations. Oversee key HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and exit processes. Support manager training development and facilitate sessions with Learning & Development. Ensure compliance with regional best practices and handle immigration-related admin for Munich.
