Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Project Management Lead opportunity available based in Moehringen, Germany.
Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance and meet TESA accreditation requirements. TESA Certification allows employees to be tax-exempt for both Germany and the US, in addition to other great perks.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Establish and Lead the PMO:
o Develop and implement a PMO strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
o Build and manage a high-performing PMO team.
o Foster a culture of project management excellence within the organization.
* Project Management Standards and Processes:
o Develop, maintain, and enforce project management standards, processes, and procedures.
o Ensure compliance with industry best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvement.
* Project Governance:
o Develop and manage project governance frameworks, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
o Ensure project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
* Project Portfolio Management:
o Develop and maintain a project portfolio management framework to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
* Project Monitoring and Control:
o Develop and implement project monitoring and control processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
o Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Reporting and Analytics:
o Develop and maintain project management dashboards and reports to provide insights into project performance.
o Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices.
* Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
o Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
* Training and Development:
o Develop and deliver project management training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
o Mentor and coach project managers to improve their skills and competence.
* PMO Optimization and Transformation:
o Develop and implement a PMO optimization strategy to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and value.
o Lead PMO transformation initiatives to align with changing business needs.
o Identify and implement best practices in PMO operations, including process improvements, tool implementation, and organizational design.
* Identity and Access Management:
o Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) systems, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) protocols.
o Develop and implement identity management strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IAM solutions that meet business requirements and security standards.
o Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential security threats to identity systems.
o Develop and maintain documentation for IAM systems, including system architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting guides.
o Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IAM space and make recommendations for future system enhancements and upgrades.
o Collaborate with security teams to ensure that IAM systems are aligned with organizational security policies and procedures.
Required QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Agile certifications are desired.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role.
* Experience in a similar industry or sector is desirable.
* Skills: strong project management knowledge and expertise; excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
* Knowledge of project management frameworks: PMBOK, PRINCE2, ITIL.
* Experience with project management tools and software: MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to travel up to 10%. In some occasions, overnight travel may be required.
* Active Passport in support of OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS
* Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
* Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
