Could you be the next VIE Sub System Manager for APSYS (Alstom Performance SYStem) for Project Management in Green Energy/ Traction in Mannheim?
Your future role:
As the VIE Sub System Manager for APSYS (Alstom Performance SYStem) for Project Management in Green Energy/ Traction in Mannheim, no two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll learn various areas of Sub System Management.
You'll be learning everything you need to know to become the go-to person for driving momentum and pushing Alstom Performance SYStem) for Project Management forward in the future and each day will bring new learning opportunities.
You'll specifically learn from us how we:
* Support APSYS Implementation: Support the already implemented APSYS methodologies across various project management themes, ensuring adherence to Lean principles and company processes.
* Support Process Standardization: Further standardize processes and approaches related to task execution across the value stream.
* Support Performance Monitoring: Further monitor and evaluate the performance of project management activities, ensuring high-quality outputs.
* Support Continuous Improvement: Further improve the culture of continuous improvement and performance enhancement within the project management teams.
* Support Training and Development: Further conduct training sessions to ensure all team members are proficient in APSYS methodologies and understand their outputs per PM theme.
* Support Collaboration: Work closely with all SSM´s (Sub System Managers) to ensure the validation of the needed outputs as per themes requirements.
* Support Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on APSYS scoring progress, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives along with our Performance manager and the support of our PMO representative.

Minimum qualifications:
As a VIE, we expect you to have successfully reached your Bachelor's Degree.
