Your Contribution:
* Responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of our IT operations processes to ensure maximum efficiency and availability.
* Leadership and targeted development of the IT operations team to guarantee smooth operations and full availability of our IT systems and applications.
* Monitoring and enforcement of IT security policies and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards.
* Implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of ITIL-based processes that serve as the foundation for our operational success.
* Close collaboration with other departments to identify, prioritize, and implement IT requirements to optimally support business operations.
* Responsible budget planning and control for IT operations, as well as effective coordination with external service providers and suppliers to ensure efficient resource management.
* Conducting comprehensive performance analyses and preparing regular reports for management to enable transparent decision-making.
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification from a renowned university, such as Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, Technical University of Munich, or University of Mannheim.
* Several years of relevant experience in a comparable position, ideally in healthcare or similarly regulated markets; extensive expertise in managing IT operations processes and interdisciplinary teams.
* Solid knowledge in the areas of ITIL, data centers, cloud platforms, process management, project management, and budget control; a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges is advantageous.
* Proficient handling of modern IT systems and software solutions to manage and optimize operational processes; analytical thinking skills to identify improvement opportunities.
* Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus and support our international orientation.
