Position Overview
Working within a multi-functional team in the Munich office and across EMEA regional Marketing and Commercial departments, the successful candidate will play a key role in Ralph Lauren's growth acceleration in Region Germany (18 countries across DACH etc.) by driving the omnichannel strategy focusing on physical retail distribution across full price stores, outlets, departments stores and multi-brand specialists.

Strategic Marketing Leadership
1. Drive regional marketing strategies across physical distribution channels in Germany
2. Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with regional objectives and brand elevation
3. Create and implement profitable growth strategies focusing on high-value customer acquisition
4. Champion omnichannel excellence and customer-centric initiatives
5. Manage omnichannel marketing budgets across locations and investment types
Cross-Functional Collaboration
6. Partner with Marketing teams (Omnichannel, Media, PR & Brand Growth), Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams
7. Ensure consistent brand elevation across all touchpoints
8. Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders
9. Lead a team of one Senior Associate
10. Foster cross-functional collaboration for operational excellence
Market Development & Customer Engagement
11. Orchestrate comprehensive event management including customer activations and store openings
12. Serve as regional market expert with deep knowledge of distribution channels, key opinion leaders, and local market dynamics
13. Develop and maintain high-net-worth individual networks
14. Identify locally relevant partnership opportunities
15. Implement targeted strategies for Best Clients and Next Generation customers
16. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior for growth opportunities
17. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance brand position
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Who you are
18. Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field & 5+ years of marketing experience in luxury/premium fashion with omnichannel expertise
19. Proven track record in campaign development and execution driving commercial results
20. Deep knowledge of German premium/luxury market and consumer behavior
21. Experience in strategic marketing, brand development and partnerships
22. Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities
23. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
24. Project management expertise with innovative mindset
25. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in German and English
