Apply now to take your career to the next level Key responsibilities: You will efficiently oversee the entire supplier relationship management process, including managing sub-processes from tendering through to contract finalization. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and supplier qualifications to identify potential suppliers, maintaining supplier master data in the system, and managing the termination of supplier relationships when necessary. You will prepare and execute tenders for required goods and services, analyze the received offers, and negotiate terms with suppliers regarding contracts, delivery conditions, and pricing. Additionally, you will draft contracts and provide recommendations to support decision-making on supplier selection, considering factors such as price and quality. Your role will also involve evaluating supplier performance against predefined key performance indicators, assessing supplier-specific risks, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks. You will manage and update the supplier pool, ensuring adherence to commercial key figures and the company's purchasing and procurement guidelines. Your profile: A completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on capital goods Minimum of three years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, or comparable commercial training with at least four years of experience in the commercial sector. Proven expertise in managing supplier relationships, with strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively. Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
