Your daily activities as Country Manager Germany will be: Oversee the operations and sales activities within Germany. Drive business growth, manage sales teams, ensure the implementation of corporate strategies, and maintain key relationships with clients and partners across the region. Ensure smooth functioning of the country office, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with global corporate standards. Develop and execute strategies to grow the market share in the country and ensure the achievement of business goals. Lead and manage the local team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration. Ensure that the organisation adheres to country-specific legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with corporate objectives to drive revenue growth. Build, lead, and motivate the regional sales team, ensuring proper training, performance management, and goal alignment. Identify new business opportunities in the region and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s presence. Maintain relationships with high-value clients and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership. Collaborate with other departments to introduce new products or services in the region. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and build valuable relationships. You are best for this role if you have: University Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing. 7-10 years of sales and business development experience in FinTech environment, including 3 years in management. Understanding of market trends and competition. Strong leadership skills. Managing and motivating teams across regions. Ability to develop strategies and achieve targets. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience in diverse business environments. Expert knowledge of local market, regulations, and industry trends. Fluency in German and English languages (written and spoken). Regulatory Certifications same or equivalent to CySEC Advanced Certification will be advantageous.
