Power Automate Developer Job Profile: We are searching for a Microsoft Power Automate Low Code/RPA Developer. As part of the global Collaboration Team this role will be responsible for the full Life Cycle of solutions developed in Power Automate on the SharePoint Online / Office365 platform, Bots in Power Automate Desktop, Bots/AI Agents in MS Teams. This includes working closely with the business analysts' team, performing feasibility studies, contributing to the creation of the Business Case, designing and developing best in class solutions, collaborating with external development partners, supporting User Acceptance Testing, performing and attending end user trainings, putting solutions into production (go live). Attending the business in hyper care and regular support after the go live, documenting, maintaining, and optimizing the solutions. Role Responsibilities: - Work in close collaboration with Business Analysts in the Project Definition & Planning phase, to gather the complete business requirements. - Carry out feasibility studies and technical analysis to propose the best solution - Work with Business Analysts to prepare the Business Case - Prepare and maintain the development environments - Develop the solution, closely work with external development partners and coordinate the whole development phase with all involved external and internal parties - Conduct unit tests and ensure the solution meets IT standards concerning code quality, security and performance - Intensively support the business in User Acceptance Tests - Train power users and/or assist on end user trainings - Technically coordinate the go-life of the solution - Intensively support the business during Hyper Care phase - Provide long term support, maintain, and optimize the solutions - Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation Role Requirements: - A bachelor's in computer science, computer engineering, or related field - Long-term experience in process automations, using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop and PowerApps - Multi-year year experience and excellent knowledge in SharePoint Online, combined with very good understanding of Office365 and its components in general - Excellent PowerShell knowledge with focus on SharePoint Online PnP - Proficient in Bot and AI Agent developments - Good JSON and JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge - Experience in client-side SharePoint development using SPFx - Experience in SharePoint integration - Knowledge of SharePoint Online and MS Teams basis administration, experience in Office 365 administration in general - Experience with Windows Server 2016 and above - Basic database (SQL Server, Oracle) knowledge - Good presentation techniques and communication skills - Team player - Flexible and comfortable with complexity and ambiguity - Open minded & motivated, creative & innovative, accurate & structured LI-BF1 LI-Hybrid GKN Driveline provides equal employment and affirmative action opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, pregnancy, or disability.
