1. Advising clients in Europe on Sales done through our Online Boutique and on After Sales topics
2. Liaising with clients by phone, e-mail and Chat in the respective languages: Italian and English is a must; two other languages (French, Spanish or German) would be a plus
3. Recognizing and strengthening customers’ interest in purchasing, converting their interest into phone orders.
4. Generating additional sales and increasing the average basket by cross-selling, up-selling, etc.
5. Accurate entry of phone orders, offers, returns, cancellations and refunds etc. in the internal systems.
6. Supporting customers by phone entering online orders.
7. Independent handling of customer requests for repair status, price, facilities and technical explanations.
8. Handling of complaints via phone, email or chat
9. Monitoring delivery times; Collaboration with the distribution centre in terms of availability and delivery dates
10. Check of creditworthiness of online customers and manual validation of all online orders to ensure reliable fraud prevention.
You’ll have…
11. Completed university studies, training in retail or comparable education
12. Excellent Knowledge of Italian. German and English are mandatory in any case.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication.
14. Professional experience in a high quality customer service or Call Center, or in hospitality, ideally experience in phone sales.
15. Sales experience / contact with customers in retail is an advantage
16. positive attitude; pleasant voice and ability to speak in a manner that is appropriate for customers of luxury goods.
17. Strong customer orientation
18. Basic knowledge of MS Office is required; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
19. Passion and dedication to represent Montblanc as a brand Ambassador
20. Flexibility and strong resilience in stressful situations
21. Willingness to work sometimes on Saturdays and holidays.
