Therefore, we are helping founders create technology that improves the lives of all of us. As an addition to our Sales team we are looking for a Business Development Representative (m/f/d). Activities You are the door opener for big deals across the european market. Your mission: you convince potential B2B Clients of the added value of our platform, therefore you convert leads by using our qualification techniques and sales automation tools to create sales opportunities. Multichannel outbound approach is on the agenda. Last but not least: A close cooperation with the sales team and all other departments is natural. Requirements You are a Communication Pro and have first hand work experience when in comes to speaking with customers and leads Your IT affinity makes it easy for you to familiarize yourself with new software tools and features Strong communication skills and customer orientation: You manage to connect with people in a short period of time and contribute your creative ideas You have a KPI-driven and detail-oriented approach to work Determination, independence and an interest in the tech scene: With your intrinsic motivation, you not only advance yourself, but also the team You live team spirit, instead of an elbow mentality Application Process 1st Interview with your team lead and 2nd interview with the CEO / COO of Bits & Pretzels
