We are on the lookout for a Director, Product Management to join the Global Product Strategy tribe on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As part of our Consumer Team, you’ll enhance customer satisfaction and drive global growth and profitability through innovative projects.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to shape the experience for millions of users across our worldwide portfolio of platforms (FoodPanda, Pedidos Ya, Woowa, Yemeksepeti, Foodora, Talabat, HungerStation, eFood, and Glovo), directly impacting customer satisfaction and driving growth.
You will work closely with each of the Platform Product Leadership team to define what a great Customer Experience looks like. You will also be responsible for leading end to end strategic initiatives that will redefine our User Experience on a variety of topics that directly impact our company’s growth.
In this role you will,
1. Assess, define, and execute top priorities on consumer product across multiple platforms
2. Build comprehensive strategies on a global scale on various domains, not leading traditional scrum teams but rather influencing product decisions and projects across multiple platforms
3. Solve complex problems as end-to-end owner
4. Handle and structure requests coming from various senior leadership stakeholders to prioritize and drive execution across multiple external teams
5. Collaborate with business leaders to build consensus and communicate progress
6. Serve as a hands-on leader, tackling critical issues and removing obstacles to keep momentum
7. Set clear goals and implement systems for tracking and measuring success
Qualifications
8. 10+ years experience
9. 8+ years in product management in large consumer-facing organizations
10. 4+ years building product & leading multiple teams
11. Experience in ecommerce
12. Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership including C-level executives
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
