Summary:
The Contract Service Manager (CSM) oversees the performance of contracted Victim Advocates, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and serving as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters. The CSM also supervises personnel, ensures training and qualification, and maintains communication with military and civilian personnel.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead contracted Victim Advocates.
* Ensure personnel meet qualification requirements.
* Act as the authorized representative for contract matters.
* Ensure compliance with DoD and Army regulations.
* Facilitate collaboration with military and civilian personnel.
* Maintain all necessary documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
* Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
* 5+ years of supervisory experience in social services.
* Experience in victim advocacy and military protocols.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
