If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team at Verisk About the Role: As a recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top talent across our European claims business, with a particular focus on Germany operations for Actineo (Medical claims) and Krug (Motor claims) business units. You will also support recruitment across the wider EMEA region and be part of our global Talent Acquisition CoE and HR group. With hybrid working from our Cologne office (currently 2 days a week in office), you will enjoy a flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance. Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders to provide a full 360 recruitment service, addressing real-time needs and pipeline requirements. Identify and engage technical, operational, and corporate function talent across both active and passive talent pools. Communicate the Verisk EVP effectively to build high-quality candidate slates. Utilize the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process. Champion diversity and inclusion as core values of the talent agenda, continuing to build on the broad demographic across Verisk. Qualifications 2 -3 years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter, leading the cradle-to-grave recruitment cycle for experienced permanent talent. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken at business level). Experience recruiting in Germany is essential. Strong attention to detail and a passion for optimizing processes to create efficiencies. Creative thinker, energized by asking questions and developing innovative talent solutions. Influencing and flexible engagement style that contributes to the growth and success of the company. Ideally, experience & knowledge in one or more of the following sectors: MedTech, Insurtech, Insurance, Technology & Data, Financial Services, or Consultancy. LI-IU1 LI-Hybrid
