Content and Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d)
Responsibilities:
* Adaptation of the internationally developed content for the German market and creation of local content (banners, UGC etc.) for media campaigns, Amazon, and Vileda Webshop in close cooperation with the product managers and the e-commerce team.
* Leads the Social Media platforms management and Influencer campaign with an external agency.
* Development and implementation of paid digital awareness and communication strategy based on brand objectives in close collaboration with the Regional Marketing EMEA team and the local e-commerce team.
* Orchestrate the digital customer journey (paid, owned, shared, earned) from planning to rollout in relevant channels of the digital funnel until conversion to deliver against KPIs.
* Strong collaboration with the e-commerce team in the areas of SEA/Google Ads, YouTube, Retailer Media.
Qualifications:
* University/university of applied sciences degree in business administration with a focus on communication, media management, or digital marketing.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in the digital field, including content creation.
* Analytical skills in data analysis and data management and high affinity for social media and influencers.
* Excellent language skills in German and English.
* Strong communication, creativity, negotiation skills in an international Matrix organization.
