Job Category: Sales Job Family: International Sales Job Description: Maintain and grow existing European and export business by supporting and developing existing customers, by identifying and acquiring new customers and by developing new products and markets. Role and Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve company objectives. Propose and execute annual budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Lead and manage team by setting clear objectives and metrics and by providing guidance, training and support. Negotiate commercial contracts and implement regular pricing updates in line with market evolution. Identify new markets opportunities and develop new customers and geographies. Work with customers as well as cross-functionally with relevant internal stakeholders to develop new products and solutions. Inform on industry trends and monitor competitor activity. Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Update frequently Supply Chain and Operations on customer demand and promotions. Communicate regularly with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D and other relevant areas of business to ensure company is meeting customer requirements. Ensure best-in-class customer service and support. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company. Ensure compliance with regulations and relevant company policies. Key Ingredients: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales or related field 11 years of experience. Several years of sales experience in Food Service with main European markets, preferably in dairy.
