Your Mission
1. You are responsible for the continuous development and quality assurance of an E2E process landscape (e.g. identification and modeling of business processes)
2. You maintain and further develop existing process management tools
3. You are responsible for training, coaching and advising specialist departments and users
4. You analyze and identify potential for improvement and measurement criteria/key figures
5. You moderate and conduct process workshops and requirements management
6. You provide methodical support and advice for organizational projects
Your Talents
7. Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics
8. Ideally 3 to 5 years of professional experience
9. Experience in using process management software (e.g. process mining) and modeling methods (e.g. BPMN2.0)
10. SIX SIGMA and/or project management knowledge is an advantage
11. Strong communication, analytical and coordination skills
12. Very good German and English skills
