The Client:
One of Europe’s leading private equity firms is seeking a proactive and motivated Team Assistant to join their busy Frankfurt office. You will be working alongside a diverse team, in a vital role which will be to support their Investment Professionals.
The Role:
* Complex calendar / diary management
* International travel arrangement planning often across time zones
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assisting with meeting preparations
* Managing administrative tasks
* Processing expenses
* Provide support during local events as required
* Maintain the appearance of the office, creating a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues
* Collaborate with IT department for seamless technological operations
* Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office functionality
The Candidate:
* Fluent in both written and spoken German, and English
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Proactive decision-making and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
* Effective communication skills and willingness to learn
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
* Have a professional, committed attitude and approach
* Ideally come from an international financial or professional services environment in which you have needed to use initiative and be a self-starter
